Year One:
Engineering Calculus; Mathematical Methods for Engineers; Engineering Mechanics; Engineering and Medical Chemistry; Principles of Physics; Fundamentals of Civil Engineering; Introduction to Surveying; Engineering Graphics; Introduction to Computing

Year Two:
Principles of Building; Engineering Materials; Geology for Engineers; Mathematics; Mathematical Physics; Statistics; Strength of Materials; Elementary Hydraulics; Plus Electives

Year Three:
Environmental Engineering; Engineering Hydraulics; Elementary Soil Mechanics; Highway and Traffic Engineering; Construction Operations; Solids and Structures; Design of Concrete Structures; Design of Steel Structures

Year Four:
Geotechnical Engineering; Engineering Hydrology; Design of Structures; Structural Analysis; Coastal Engineering; Plus Electives

Entry Requirements


Students must present six subjects of which two must be at grade C or above at Advanced GCE (A-Level. The other subjects must be at least at grade C or above on GCSE or Advanced Subsidiary GCE (AS) papers. The six subjects must include: English, Mathematics, a Laboratory Science subject and a language other than English.
